Complaint Review: Rent - A - Center

I deal with the rent-a-center in east hartford, connecticut. I recommend no one down on their luck or just want to save the hassle of appling for credit use this company.

Rent a Center business practices are unprofessional. Their collection practices are belowd collection standard. I believe that everyone in the United States should call their local Better Business bureas and have them investigate this company.

Unfournatley I have times where Ive been late but they act like I havent paid them in months and stold their property.They are worse than any creditor out there.
I have complained to the Main Company in Plano, Texas. They had a District manager by the name of Brian Neuman call me. This was the most unprofessional and nasty person Ive spoken to there.

The sad part of it all; I quit this company because I didnt like their practices. I know how they work. I just wanted a break from using credit and I have the only horror of using them.

Do yourself a favor, save up the money and buy the item cash. If you look at what you spend with them, you can buy that product and four more like it.
