Now listen up you new hires and top-guns, "If you posess honesty and integrity leave now!" We focus on the white trailer trash and the once a month DSS cash. You know the drill. These dirt-bags must pay their bill.

Do whatever it takes to get their money ontime, "they don't pay, it don't stay" or you, as an employee, will be on the unemployment line.

Promotion for you will accure, when you master basic deception and trickery. This will produce millions of free dollars for us when you learn the art of-"The Waiver-Fee"!!!

Now listen up you new hires and top-guns, "When the sh#% hits the fan, and the scam has been caught", revert back to your focus 1 training and "Always deny fault!!"

this is so true I have seen a lady that was sick and needed something that another person was renting and my manager wanted they guys to take the product back the lady had the money to bring the account current on that particular item but my manager still told the guys to take it... this broke my heart even tho i guess to work at this place ur heart must be black and cold.. after makeing the poor old lady suffer for about 2 hours my manager told the guys to take the payment and leave if this was the case and she was just gonna take the money then y did my manager make the lady suffer. I hope that when my manager gets old people wont treat them the same way that my manager treated that poor old woman... jeez
