Rent A Center tryed to rip me off about the screen tv i paid for finished in august & still paying december Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Good morning afternoon or evening to whom this may concern I have been a customer for or since august 5th 2005 up until current when i first intered the contract i rented a screen tv the option was to rent to buy this was subpose to be a two year contract two years is to years in which this contract turned into two & a half years if i didn't say nothing I called one day to see when my last payment was due well i should say i get the read out every three months to see where i at on payment

I guess the lady that answered the phone did not know that i did the every three months i knew the buying out date but i just wanted to here what she was going to tell me & as i thought she was going to say somthing else & she did the last date that i checked on was december but when she told my january then i had the right to check because i was subpose to be finished in december & when i questioned her about the month she smacked the mouth & i asked her did she have a promblem she made up another lie cause she was lying from the start

My complaint is i live in north philly i use to work in south philly but i don't anymore i have to go all the way down to broad & snyder ave now mine you i pay every week on the last payment that i paided the rude lady did not tell me that they will be moving to third & oregon ave so when i got there they would'nt accept my payment i had to go down to 3rd & oregon ave to make a payment. now since i don't live in south philly i live in north philly why do i have to go all the way down to another location to make a payment the closes center to me is hunting park in philadelphia i wrote you earlier this week & got no response not even a phone call no that's really being rue

So if i don't hear from you by the 29th of december i wil be returning the washer & dryer that i'm currently paying for & go to arron's you can't treat your customers like s**t & think that i'm going to stay with you i never! never!!!! been late only one time because i wanted to see how the late fee was handled & that was a lie also the was this was handled you tell your customer one thing & do another i read the reports on rac rent a center i would like to have my account transfered to the hunting park store asap so me & my family don't have to travel all the way across town to make payments can you make this happen?????????? (xxx)xxx-xxxx today is the 18th of december i'm really looking foward to hearing from you

go into your local RAC and let them know you are a customer of that other store and you need to transfer your account to there store. If they do not help you get the 800 number and ask for district mgrs # but do this at your old store so not to make the new store think you are going to be a hard case. your old store is probbly worried about loosing your BOR (# of accounts you have with them)
