On Monday January 7,2008 about a rental van I rented on Friday January 4,2007. First let me start by saying that, that was my 4th vehicle. The first one was a neon it wouldn't start, the next one wouldn't start either and I don't know what type of car that was, I think a Ford Tarus, then they gave me a Caravan with no heat,I called the Rent A Reck office at 8am on Saturday January 5, 2008 to ask if I could exchange the Caravan I would have called Friday but by the time I realized the van had no heat the office was close. Crystal stated that "they didn't have any cars she would call the other stores and call me back, well she never called me back I had to call her back around 12pm. Crystal apologies for not returning my call and ask me to come in they will put me in something else thats when I exchange the Caravan for the Windstar.

The windstar transmission went out, it broke down on me and my kids and I had to call a cab to take us home.I called the Rent a Reck office when the van started giving me trouble around 2pm and left a message on there voice mail, then when it finally broke down I called the Rent a Reck office again and left another message on there voice mail. I had no emergences numbers to call not even on the insurance paper, no one check the voice mail from the time the closed on Saturday until they opened up on Monday.

The office needs a emergency number for people to call or at least check there voice mail every 2 hours. I called the Rent a Reck office on Monday morning January 7, 2008 at eighty o'clock and told Crystal about my weekend. Crystal stated that they would get the van towed to the shop to see what is wrong and let me know about my full refund but first they needed to make sure that I didn't do any thing to the van. Well I didn't even have the van a good 2 hours before it broke down so there is no way I could have done anything. I called Crystal yesterday January 8, 2008 twice and she states she haven't heard anything yet. I feel it don't take two days to do a diagnostic test.

I never got a refund
