Rental Services USA INC Relocation Services INC They want money upfront like they are gonna use it as a damage deposit! You get a coordinator to work with you! You cant find them anywhere on the internet only when you type in relocation services and it comes up as a SCAM!!!!!!!! New York is what I seen but Im sure it is all FAKE Nationwide
I was on craigslist looking for a 3 bedroom home to move in on May 31st and this one was a great choice. It said 3 bedroom house for rent in the camden area which is a neighborhood in North Minneapolis MN. and it was affordable. I then called the number and a lady answered that said her name was Amy, and she said the place was available and that she was gonna email me some information and i could look it over and get back to her by e-mail answering the questions. I did so and it asked for $350.00 to be a retainer fee to hold a place once i was approved for the property i apply for.
The next day sombody else sent me a list of properties and i looked at on from the outside and seen that it had a for-sale sign in the front yard and i called the number and the lady said that the house was sold. I knew then that it was a scam they just want your money Im sure these people arent even affiliated with any kind of rental business. Also when you tell them the property you wanna look at they say a random name and say the person will meet you at a property all lies. The ads have no pictures and you go through all kinds of steps some stuff thats unusual. This is so wrong they need to be stopped and i will do any and everything to make sure they are stopped and thrown in jail.
