I wish the rating could be minus stars... This company is everything the negative reviews say and more! I booked my car rental only to find out that the "added driver" fee was incorrect on the rentalcars.com site. The rep (Alfie) told me that if Avis charged more, that with proof of receipt I would be reimbursed by rentalcars.com ...still no reimbursement or response! Furthermore, the taxes were supposed to be "included" and they were not. Many inconsistencies between their website pricing (TICKLER RATES) and what actually occurs at the counter of Avis. I will never use them again and wish I read all the negative comments first. I echo every one of them. PLEASE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
