Booked a car thru their Hongkong branch with a GPS in July 2012, when arrived at Dubai,they don't have GPS! The guy at

National told me it's ok to cancel and they are ok. But rentalcras refuse to give me money back after the agreed cancellation.

After a long time negotiation, they agreed to get the money back and told me to wait.

After 2 weeks, a guy from a different department told me that they can not do the reimbursement. The money is not a big deal

after so many months, but their attitude and services are so bad and chaotic, never use their services again!
