Complaint Review: Rentals Online.com

I had been searching apartments on line and finally received a response but as you can see from the email below, it sounds too good to be true. I went online and typed SNA Company UK to find out more about this company that the owner of the apartment I am interested in says he is a committee member of, and thank goodness I was directed to Ripoff Report's website. No money has exchanged hands yet but I did respond to the landlord's email. Please see my response to the landlord's email below.

Thank you for replying to my email. It's wonderful to hear there are people out there in the world doing something about the problem of aids, not just sitting back complaining, and you are in beautiful England. I spent 15 days in July trekking through London, Oxford and Edinburgh and did not want to come back home. Hiked up to Steall Falls in the Scottish Highlands. I wish NYC had mountains. Someday I hope to go back, maybe retire there, that is if the conversion rate of the US dollar improves.

If it's okay with you, after the holidays I would like to make an appointment to see the apartment. Have a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, a refrigerator-freezer, four-hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Also the keys to the apartment are right here with me, and the lease document. Which i can send to you after all necessary agreement has been accepted.

Also i will like you to know that the rent charges is not really the issue , but your absolute maintenance of the apartment, because that is the only valuable property my late father left behind, and it also took him so much time and money to put all those facilities in place.
