Don't rent from these guys- they try to charge for even routine maintenance that should be their responsibility (i.e. bowed closet doors that were never installed correctly that are now falling off) I told them about the issue within two days of moving in and nothing was done- I spoke to Alisa and Jennifer about it. I really like Alisa and Mercedes, but Jennifer is rude and condescending. I went against my gut feelings and rented from them despite bad reviews because Alisa was so nice, but now we regret it and we will make sure that our friends know not to rent from them as well. We will be gone as soon as our lease is up. Oh yeah, and we're still waiting for that doorbell you promised you would fix 2 months ago.

This issue has been resolved and Alesa has taken very good care of us. I have requested to have this report removed.
