BEWARE! My first red flag with this online sales/rental outfit was the fact that I had to submit my bank account information for payment. They do not accept credit card payment.

I ordered a pressure washer for $257.99 and waited weeks for delivery. When I inquired I was advised it would take weeks more for delivery. I received no notification of the delay. When I gave them a deadline they cancelled the order and promised a refund. I waited weeks for a check in the mail (the old "check is in the mail" response when I inquired). I had to offer to take legal action before I finally received a refund check.

I am waiting for a confirmation of my request that my bank account information has been deleted from their records.

Based on my experience and similar accounts of other buyers' experiences I suspect that this outfit accepts payment for merchandise that they will not deliver in order to use the buyers' funds interest free. Then it takes much time and threats to get a refund. This is my personal opinion. take it for what it is worth.
