This company is a scam. They take your money and never send the item you purchased. They have a farcical phone system and will never call you back. If you report them to BBB, they say they will no longer help with your refund.
I call them daily for an update and get no response. I have reported them to BBB and Division of Consumer Services in FL. They must be shut down and stop scamming people. There are 90 outstanding recent complaints against RentProductsOnline.
DO NOT BUY from these fraudsters. Right for your money and shut them down !
