Complaint Review: Rentwave Aka Rentways

I was in the process of trying to move out with my long time Boyfriend and I went through rentwave.com When you use it during the trial period, it seems like there are plenty of vaccancies that fit your discriptions.

Once you sign up, most of the address are wrong, or the price is much higher or they just never give you any contact information. They say you can get a refund if you dont find an apartment by sending a copy of a recent utlity bill to their santa monica office.

I have done so, and written many emails, I have received nothing. Also, their customer service phone numbers are now disconnected. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS WEB PAGE or else you will regret you did.
