RentWave Post "vacant rooms" that have been occupied for years Internet
I saw an advertisement of 1br apartment in the web site and the rent was weirdly cheep considering for the location, conveniency and building structure. I called the property owner and asked if it was true. The owner told me he didn't post any rent signs because the building has been fully occupied for years and he didn't even know the company's name. I called RentWave and a guy in the office said he wasn't in charge of that kind of thing. Since I put my credit card number on the process of becoming a member, I am very afraid if they would do something bad with my credit card.

Call your credit card company

Call your credit card company and tell them to accept no charges unless they verify them with you first. This is an inconvenience if you use yor card much but it will protect you immediately. Also, you might try getting a new card with a new number - you can use the same credit card company, just tell them you want a new card and to cancel the old one. Protect yourself.
