Renue Derma I received a email from them advertising San Diego California
I got an email from this company advertising Dermaology skin and eye creams and offering samples with a shipping charge only to try their products. I authorized the shipping charges of $4.95 and $5.95, got the charges in my credit card on Nov 20th and the package a little later. 2 small jars arrived, Dermaology skin and eye cream and Renue snake venon peptide cream! No idea what that last one was but since I was in the US on vacation at that time, I just unpacked the jars and set them aside, they are stil un opened since I have been so busy after my return home (Honduras) on Dec 12. A few days ago I received my credit card statement and I saw the $4.95 and $5.95 charges on Nov 20th but was schocked when I saw they had charded me $94.57 and $89.47 on Dec 4th!! I have no idea if they shipped more of the product without my aproval since I no longer am at the Miami address I stay when traveling to the US. I know I did not order any of their products since I have not even had a chance to open and try the samples I did order. I have tried to call them at the ph number on one of the small jars, 855 4944440 but it always rings busy. This is a total Ripoff and I hope there is something that can be done to stop them.
