Please take notice that RenuEn Corporation, et al. (“Plaintiffs”) have initiated an action in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, civil action number 6:14cv-1754-ORL-41TBS (the “Action”), due to allegedly false statements about Plaintiffs made by “renuenscam,” “Renuen Scam” and “Dario Bates.”  In the Action, Plaintiffs seek to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for contact information and any other messages that each of you have posted on Ripoff Report under these pseudonyms, or any other pseudonyms, about Plaintiffs, to Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP at: 301 E. Fourth Street, Suite 3500, Great American Tower, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

Plaintiffs have served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity.

She provides the corporate partnerships that allow Jeffrey Nemes to make a huge income without having to pay any of the fines, restitution and penalties to New Jersey and Florida victims of his crimes. She is being investigated for tax evation and securities fraud.

Hugh Larry Clark: Georgia native on the run after violating parole after a DUI, he now lives in Florida and through his multiple shell companies creates funding solutions that are based on phony securities loans and shady investors such as Canadian and now Renuen Board memeber Kenneth (Ken) Moore. Kenneth (Ken) Moore: a TSX and OTC stock scam artist invests in bogus companies like Renuen and SDI Solar Inc for deeply discounted stock. What many don't know is that he breaks securities laws when doing it to get around the restrictions. Renuen has broken countless laws working with Kenneth Moore and the SEC has been notified and is investigating. Pump and dump artist and scumbag, Kenneth Moore is also no stranger to scams. He has had multiple scams going on in Canada and has now graduated to scamming people in the Florida region of the United States.

DongJoon Alexander Kim: this is the Renuen Attorney that is threatening the elderly that if they tell anyone about their discovery of contractor fraud, ponzi scheme or even telling the finance company that the wrong items were installed by an unlicensed Renuen Contractor that Renuen will take their house, hurt them physically and even plant drugs on their adult children and then call the cops (yes this is one SICK and Twisted Korean).
