I called customer service to cancel the product because they charged me $200 before the 14 days were up, the rep said her name was Nancy and she would not accept my cancellation, she kept going on how she understood my problem and coached me on what and how to apply the cream.  I kept telling her no, I don't want the cream I just wanted to cancel, when I asked for her manager she said she was not there.  So I got her last name (which I could tell she made it up) and had to tell her that I am hanging up to call a different customer service number.  So I found the email on the website and explained in the email what had just happened and that I wanted my account canceled.  They cancelled the account and said "by the way, we do not have a "Nancy Wilson" here nor is there any record of my call".  So I call the number that the email gives me and this woman "NANCY" answers and says her name is Jean!!! I requested to speak to the person in the email and Jean gets my info and tries to help me, I tell her again I wanted to talk to the person I was emailing, she put me on hold for a few seconds then said they were not there. I hung up the phone, emailed the person back explaining what had happened and said I will not call customer service anymore because I didn't trust what they would do to my account.

Can you imagine all the people they get  $200 from a free trial, I bet half the people wouldn't even bother to check their account or argue with the customer service.  That woman (who by the way had a distinct accent) would not accept my cancellation, she kept trying to lower the charges and told me how to use it.  I would not recommend dealing with this company and I am writing a complaint to The Better Business Bureau. My bank is disputing the charges.  Do not buy from this company, they are a scam and should be allowed to to business that way.

I, too, was ripped off by RenuvaDerm and when I tried to cancel they offered me a $100.00 voucher and a 50% price reduction.  I foolishly accepted.  The following month arrived with no $100 voucher and no price reduction.  Again I called and was told they would reduce the price 65%.  I kept insisting that they cancel all future shipments and the man I spoke with kept refusing to accept my cancellation.  I finally told him I was going to contact my credit card company and stop all future payments to them.  I have never dealt with such devious sales people.  They must get a whopping commission for keeping sales coming in!
