renuvaderm skin serum and eye cream ordered samples.received then they charged my account several days later nearly $200.00 for their products i did not order...they are supposed to give you a trial period...NADA.they were supposed to send email conformation of cancellation of an order i never ordered.never did!! santa ana Ca www.tryrenuvade
ordered sample products.$4.95and $5.95 for serum and eye cream from(renuvaderm)...several days later they charged account $89.47 and $94.57 for the same products.same size as samples.i never requested additional supplies.attempted several times to reach by phone finally an oreintal who after i explained i did not want their product kept on and on about if i became a member i could receive 50% discount.geez it is enough to make one loose their temper..NO is NO...finally thinking I had my issue resolve because he was going to send an email conformation.Never happened.so i begin calling credit card company to dispute the charges and make sure they do not charge me again. and you can change your card numbers but that want do any good because they(renuvaderm) are a member of master card conglomaration and can access new numbers ( i suppose it could be visa ,american express,etc.)...renuvaDERMS ADVERTISING ALSO STATES YOU HAVE A 30 DAY TRIAL IN WHICH I NEVER SAW UNTIL WELL NOW...makes no difference because they only waited 19 days that is including weekend.buyer beware anything you orderd from tv or online do your research first.had i read all these negative reports about (renuvaderm) i would never have ordered one sample!!!!also there were no papers no nothing in the samples that came and nothing in the other they sent,, only a thank you card with a contact phone number which is 855-342-3337 and on the bill 888-474-4381/866-741-8465.so there you have it ..even if the skin care proudcts were good i would never order from this company as they seem to be dishonest sneaky and conniving!!!
