Complaint Review: renuvaderm skin serum

 I ordered a free trial of renuvaderm off of the internet.The add stated free trial,you just pay for the S&H. When I recieved the product,there was no recipt or any papers of any kind in the box. 3 weeks after recieving the product my debit card had 2 unautherized charges of $94.57 & $89.47. I called my bank and was given a #1-888-605-6670, I called and asked why my card was charged? the mans response was "the trial is free,but the product is not".WTF His exact words. He wanted to sell me more of this stuff.I told him i dont want anything more from this company,and my card is no longer good.I found the same product on Amazon for 75% less money. Ive had to block and cancell my debit card.And my bank is sending paperwork to get my $ back. I was later sent a cancellation notice on my email. I didnt sign up to recieve this stuff every month.
