I attended webinar conducted by Alfred Alfonso as with many webinars it promises many things , sounds like something I might be able to benefit from, and it had guarantee unconditional it said, so I thought I try, I did not see the value of woping $897.00 for mere membership site with OLD unuseful information so asked for refund, and they are not standing by  what they promise!

I would not have dolled out $897.00 if I thought this guys would be such a ripoff, generally educational memberships and companys honors their promise but not this company!

On the webinar said unconditional 30 day money back guarantee I asked my money back in two weeks and they are not honoring guarantee.

Don't get rip off by this guy!

Since the report  we spoke and and it was misunderstanding, he is going to make it good.

Alfred Alfonso is reputable person, and all matters are resolved .
He is refunding all the money and all is resolved to satisfaction

This customer bought through an affiliate, not from us. (we don't even have her credit card info). She was NOT eligible for a refund because she requested her refund WAY past her refund period.
We should here clear proof that she was mistaken and she still misrepresented the facts to bolster here case.
We could not refund her because we don't have here information AND the affiliate won't because she was way past the refund period.

We are a reputable company and are fair in our dealings. We treat our students and customers with respect but unfortunately we could not give this customer what she wanted. . We stand by our policies, make them clear, and apply them fairly and believe (and we can prove) that we took the fair correct action.
