These guys are definitely scammers. When I asked about their company credentials they mentioned several banks and even other Realtors they were supposedly doing business with in Idaho. It sounded good but when it came to performance, customer service and actual business it was dead. They never returned email, phone calls or faxes. The 12 month guarantee was a joke and I never received a response from the "Certified" Mail request for re-imbursement. BEWARE this company is a fraud and not to be trusted under any circumstances!!!
