REO PRO Promises at least 2 real estate listings a year for a flat fee and me doing a few BPO's (broker Price Opinions) Wilmington Delaware
Was contacted March 20, 2015 by a man named Reggie Dixon with REPPRO. Said he was looking for an agent in my area to assist with foreclosed properties. Needed a few BPO's done (Brokers Price Opinion). and for a one time fee of $400.00 would provide me with at least 2 real estate listings in the next twelve months. Did BPO's as requested.
After a couple of months of not hearing from them, I attempted to contact them, just to find they don't seem to exist
anymore.
