Complaint Review: REO Property Solutions LLC Gary Dambach - Francis Powell

In Dec. 2008 I was hired as a subcontractor through Vance Bruane owner/operator of Digital Property Data to perform work for "First American" under "REO Property Solutions LLC ,Gary Dambach - Francis Powell" to which I have yet to be paid. The territory I inspected property is in the Rio Grande Valley. Vance Bruane has responded to payment demands stating Gary Dambach and company have not paid accordingly since Dec. 2008. My payment terms are N30 like everyone else, yet NO PAYMENT has been received. It is now April 2009. The only thing I've received recently is an update from Vance Braune showing what Gary Dambach owes him and that when he (Vance) gets paid, I will get paid. That is not sufficient and unacceptable. I will be taking legal action against all involved parties. I suggest everyone else do the same and stop waiting for these thieves/ripoff artists to pay up.
