REP WEST INSURANCE represent U-Haul on claims, but don't physically check out any claims. Make people send all info, but don't ever investigate!! Internet, Arizona
We rented a U-Haul auto-transport, and when the U-Haul Dealer loaded our vehicle, the fiberglass trim on both sides of Van were cut-off by dealer of U-Haul, by using a "Saw-All"!! He claimed the trailer couldn't have anything over the rails of trailer(Transport)!! When we filed a claim with rep-west , they denied the claim, because they couldn't prove any wrong on the part of their representative U-Haul Client, cutting the fiberglass trim on our Van. We did all the photo's, evidence of record, as they never physically looked at our Van!!We did all their work, but they only Denied us, because they claimed that U-Haul Never did anything wrong!! Is this common practice, to dis-member a persons vehicle??WHY didn't they even send a Rep, to view our damage on claim?? They reap the Insurance premiums, but deny any claim filed!! JC Doc Glynn
