Repairs Universe Defective part sent Henderson, Nev. Nevada
Ordered a replacement touch screen from this company. Item was onviously used item with a burned in image o the letter "g"visible power on or off. Followed their witten instructions to the letter.Site said any defective parts can be returned. I notified them about the bad part.They said they would have to consult with their experts. The next text said that "there is nothing we can do for you. I appealed to Pay Pal and after returning the item I got my money back.
Doing my homework after the fact, I found out that similar complaints were found on line where parts were returned and no money was ever returned. Chexking the BBB for Henderson, Nev. showed a very poor rating for 'Repairs Universe',
