Sent in a working phone with only one issue, camera didn't work. Before sending it to Repairs Universe, the phone would make and receive calls. Upon Repairs Universe looking at it, all of sudden the front glass was cracked, said it had water damage and couldn't be repaired.
This company held my phone for 5 days before returning to me. They were paid for ruining my phone and continued to hold it. Finally after 3 phone calls and numerous emails they shipped my phone back to me that they further damaged.
This is not a reliable repair company of cell phones. Go somewhere else, before trusting these idiots with your phone. When you call there the line is always busy and no one ever picks up.
