Complaint Review: REPAIRTEC

I have tried to contact REPAIRTECH every day for more than one week. Usually, I am connected to a recorded voice stating there is a wait or 'x' or 'y' minutes. Then, after being placed on hold for ten to fifteen minutes that "limbo-line" transfers to another recorded announcement stating that due to heavy volume my call has been terminated. Call back later.

On one occasion I did speak to a surly representative who stated they had no repair facility for my area, and he would contact me in 24-to-48 hours. Those 48 hours have now morphed into one week. I am still waiting for his response The REPAIRTECH web address appears to be equally dysfunctional.

I will be contacting the BBB and appropriate NJ state authorities to see what my next course of action should be or if there is indeed any recourse.

For those uninitiated souls out in Internet-land. My advice is to take your money; buy some lottery tickets. Compared to my experience as REPAIRTECH, your odds will be better.
