Complaint Review: repeattheheat

we bought pads to alleviate pain on necks and shoulder in miami- repeat the heat pads on ma 21st and it has a lifetime warranty. the pads is suposed to be re-useable but it worked only once.

we cannot reach them thru mail nor phone.

this is a fraud and we are not the only one to be trapped.

we would like to have our money back or have them replaced.

we currently live in France.
