I ordered replacement optical lenses from these guys and they failed to deliver the product I ordered and send me back all of the parts of the frames I sent them.  They don't communicate past the initial order and I've been chasing them for almost 5 months!  Right now, I'm just trying to get my money back and I'm appears I'm going to need to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company to get any of my money back.

Read the reviews online about these guys before you purchase and don't let their shiny website lead you to think you'll get what you order.

I am very sorry that you are so displeased with the services provided. Replacement Lens Express has had some major issues with its previous lab. The previous lab that was subcontracted had quality issues, as well as serious customer service issues. As of September 26, 2013, RLE ceased all business operations with the previous lab and as of November 4, 2013 will be reopening with a larger, more professional, higher quality lab. We look forward to delighting our customers again. In the mean time, I am working with the previous lab to provide you with a refund, and I am very sincerely sorry that you had to go through this.
