It's less than a few weeks old and its already coming apart??!! What can you do to fix this problem? It cost a lot of money to buy this purse and its not good that its coming apart at all!!

The handle (of the purse) have started change color, right? This is the right (normal) things do not worry. It will slowly turn to gold color, couse this meterial we used have the same function as the authentic one-it will change color slowly as time goes by when you use it. No no, the handle is falling apart. The yellow thread around handle is breaking off. The handle threading is coming off! It needs to be replaced, exchanged, repaired, fixed. This is not normal, not supposed to happen! Its falling apart! If i send it back to you can you exchange it for a new purse, same kind. It needs to be exchanged for same purse but new one. This one you send me is not good work. Need new one that is good work.

Thats the last time i heard from these guys, they expect me to buy a new product from them just so they can fix the last defective purse i ordered from them!! Just to get this "handle" to fix the defective one they sent me was 70 USD for them to ship to me!! I dont know about you but 70 dollars seems a little high to send a purse handle. they sold a poorly made product and they also claim to have a return policy. Never buy from these scam artists!!

That is why a genuine Louis is a good investment. My first Louis cost about $600 and I got about 13 years out of it. My current one is about 6 years old, cost about $850 and still looks like new.
You get what you pay for.
