My son wanted a Tag Heuer watch for his 19th birthday. I heard about this site thru my Jeweler. He ordered a watch for his wife and was satisfied, so i felt confident that this site was authentic and honest. We ordered it on 11/23/07 received it about 4 weeks later.
My son was thrilled and followed the instructions for winding the watch. It worked for for 1 week and stopped. We went to the site with confidence of satisfaction.
We waited and checked our emails anxiously for instructions on returning. Nothing. After 4 or 5 emails we received a email generated from the company telling us how to wind it. We did it again with hopes of a miracle. Nothing.
I started the emails to every contact info they had on the site. info@replicahause.com , sales@replicahause.com , Alicia@replicahause.com. I tried the live chat but was told it was not available. For fun, i tried send a testimonial of my experience to "Alicia" Do you think it was posted?. No Way.
I now have apprx. 10 emails that have been unanswered and a watch that does not work. How many people are out there in the same situation? I am lucky {if you can call it that} that i only spent 200.00. I am just so disappointed at the honesty of people. How can an individual sleep at night.
I believe there is no "Alicia". I think using a womans name makes a customer more likely to buy from them. Do not buy anything on this site. Go buy the real thing. Do your research and read sites like this. Oh i am so upset.
