this all started with Reply sending me unsolicited emails iwth the the promise of service for client leads and a month trial by Sahil.Cochinwala . Once i received the 1st  suppose viable lead they were already were working with a real estate agent. I try contacting Sahil i was puzzle, If they are viable leads why if i called the lead within 2 hours they have been working with an agent for months??? . I kept calling and sending message to Sahil no answer. finally someone return his calls after a week saying Sahil was out of office and to call customer service. I wanted to speak to the person that made the promise and sold the service 1st, to give him the opportunity to rectify.

Shortly after i can see where this was going i requested service cancel because Sahil will not acknowledge my phone calls and emails and i was NOT receiving good leads. After this request i got a response from Yana Fomina Credit Department, then  follow up call from Dalita Minassian Client Service Specialist on December 10th, 2009 she indicated she will personally assign a client service rep to call the leads i was assign to confirm the validity of the leads, and she herself Dalita will call me back with the outcome. Well I am still waiting for that phone call and it is April 12th 2010.

Instead a month later i get an unathorize charge on my credit card. i will follow with other agencies as to this unauthorize charge and so should every one else, this is not the only means of notifying a company's  unethical business practices. i have been in the real estate business for 12 years and glad to pay for services that deliver what they sell and promise.

So please MR. Rudd Lippincott Director, Retail Operations 925-983-3427 look into the true facts of your employees. And provide customer service, it seems you are making such a huge effort in defending your employees instead of delivering service and avoid all these complaints from all over the country against your company. You can contact me anytime as i had documented every email and phone conversation through the whole ordeal. where is Sahil? did you confirm with him what i was promise..????

and where were you back in November when this all started. No consistency. is is because of huge turnover in your company?

Carmen,

I took a look at your account and the notes and correspondence are inconsistent with your complaint.

When you signed up, you accepted our participation agreement which clearly states our crediting policy for invalid leads.  We verified that you understood all of the information contained in the agreement, including this crediting policy, on 12/7/2009 2:36 PM through our verification call after you signed up, and we followed that up with a summary of the call in writing via email.  I can forward you this email if needed.

As you state in your complaint here, you were told that your leads would be verified and you would receive credits for any invalid leads we found on our own, and that you'd also receive an update with what we found.  We did call your leads and found three of them to be invalid, and one of the leads we spoke with asked that we connect them with a real estate agent, as they had not yet been contacted by you.  We emailed this information to you on 12/17/2009 at 9:33AM.  I can also forward you the email if needed.

All in all, we sent you a total of 10 leads and you received a credit for 6 of them.  The $219 is for the lead fees incurred for the valid leads that remained in your account.  YOU authorized the charges when you signed up and I'd be happy to provide a copy of the participation agreement if you'd like.

We treat every complaint as a serious matter and yours is no different, but to say that we were unauthorized to charge your credit card is completely unsubstantiated and flat out false.  Because posting a comment to this website becomes a permanent record, I am obligated to respond publicly so everyone reading understands what transpired.

Feel free to reach out to me direct with any concerns.  It's much easier for me to resolve situations direct with the client, rather than using forums like this.

Regards,

Rudd Lippincott
