This is rediculous.  I wish I had check this site before succumbing to this scam.  I was promised bonified leads of home buyers or sellers in the Westminster area.  People whom visited their site and filled out contact information would be emailed to me, if that said person was buying or selling in this area.

"Monthly fee waived permanently for the life of our partnership. You only pay for valid leads."  I advised their customer service via email of all leads not being valid.  Example: One person was listed as a 'seller'  after my contact with this person, I was angerly told "WE ARE NOT SELLING OUR HOME"

The best part, I have emails telling me of creidts given.  Even though no leads were valid, I got charges approximately $218.00.  I got off easy, but I was on to them within two weeks.  After my request of 1st cancel, I received a phone call telling me that if I did not have a valid lead in a certain time frame, all my leads for the next six months would be free.  I tried for another week or two, then, demanded cancellation and let them know I would be notifying my CCD company.  August 17th they finally emailed me verifying the cancelled membership.

"Our Real Estate Leads Close, GUARANTEED!" NOT TRUE.

"Success Guarantee: If you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time with a 30 day written notice by emailing service@replyrealestate.com. No fees and No Penalties for doing so."  I wascharges 109.00 the day I cancelled.

I don't not care what they tell you...STAY AWAY.  Times are not that tough for Licensed Realtors.
