Complaint Review: Repo Outlet West Palm Beach

I bought my 2004 X type last year.they sold me the car for thousands more than its worth. Since I bought the car I have had to have many of repairs done to it(wich they did very shabby). I was told that we were getting the car sign and drive. Well that was not the case they ran our credit hundreds of time. That is just the begining of our nightmare. They never gave us our signed paper work after many attempts with them, I got it from Americredit. after reviewing it I was not shocked at all of the lies I undercovered. 1. They said We put 5000.00 dollars down wich we didnt.(so that means we payed tax on a 23000.00 dollar car instead of an 18000.00 dollar.2. The cap and extended waranty that we requested was never purchased. I have to trade my car in and I been told by every place that i went that they have never seen such dishonesty and someone ripped off so bad. My car is not worth 5000.00 and i owe over 20000.00(since we bought my car it is inthe same if not better condition with only a few thousand more miles on it). I tried contacting them RE: the matter. They will not answer our phone calls we have called over 30X's drove down there many.They will not even call us back or see us. Please help with our huge problem. This is only the begining there is even more.
