I ordered a product with priority mail on 12/10 and by 12/17, I had not rec'd it. So I emailed customer service to inquire about the shipping and a representative phoned back saying it must've gotten lost or stolen in the mail, but when I pointed out there was no tracking number, it was obvious it hadn't been shipped.

This person said he would resend it was a rush on it for no extra charge and I would get it in 2 days. On the 3rd day, I had still not rec'd it. When I sent an email to their supposed 24/7 customer service email address, I got back an error message from my ISP saying their address wasn't available.

I forwarded the error message to another email address at the company asking why their so-called 24/7 customer service wasn't available. I wanted to know if I should cancel the order and go buy the product somewhere since it wasn't being delivered.

The next day an irate man who identified himself as "security" phoned and screeched at me that I was trying to receive email in the name of mrculpepper. He mocked me and threatened me about trying to steal their email address. He was extremely abusive.

He did finally refund my money when I said I would report him to Paypal.

I don't believe mrculpepper.com was actually ever going to ship the product. It's an unreliable company and the customer service is bizarre.
