Republic Airways Holdings WATCH FOR ALREADY PAID FOR UNIFORMS TO BE PUT ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT!! Indianapolis Illinois
I am wanting to buy a house and I want to pay for any outstanding bills and settle the debts that I know I can't afford to pay for in full. So, I ordered all three credit reports. Internet reports are ok, but I like to see my credit report in black & while. And I am glad that I did.
I opened them one at a time and discovered that Statewide Credit in Indianapolis Indiana had a debt on my report for a whopping $592 dollars. I immediately got suspicious of Republic Airways Holdings in Indiana. Why,
1. Because I knew that I returned all that was suppose to be returned to them when I left their company.
2. I remember that it took at least 4 weeks to get my last check from them and how pissed off I was because THEY TOOK OUT MONEY FOR ALL MY UNIFORM PIECES.
They (Republic Airways) thought that I wouldn't look and they set this collection agency on top of my credit report/s and I want restitution for it. Lisle Rhodes of Republic Airways claims that she'll immediately contact Statewide Credit (which I believe that she did as she said she would) and I followed up. But, in the meantime, it affected my credit score ---- for certain.
Plus, I just got in the mail today a collection letter from Statewide Credit asking for the $592.00 that was placed on my credit report in error after I've already spoken to them about taking the error off asap.
What does the fair credit reporting act say about people who do this. In these very difficult economic times we don't need companies that have more money than they deserve; to try and rip us off.
I want to be reinstated to where my credit score was before this happened. Yes and I am still livid and pissed the f--- off.

This has probably been on your credit report for a while and I suspect you have known about it for longer than you claim to.
This is one of the reasons why they say you should do a credit check at least once a year or once every 3 months with just one of them at a time.
This could have been taken off a long time ago.
