You can't even be consistent from one sentence to another.

You stated the following...
Republic Bank in covington they sent my check threw everyday for about 45 days

never called to let me know someone was trying to send threw a check every day for over 2 months

then bam i got a monthly statement saying i owed almost 2000.00

- It went from every day for 45 days, to every day to over 2 months where you were never notified.  But then you state you got a monthly statement, which by the "monthly" part would mean it comes every month.  So at most one would think about 30 days.

Then one would have to wonder how in that 30,45,2months+ that you never tried to use this account and realize you were overdrafted.

So what is the real story?
