 Do not fall for the unlimited talk, text, and data for 19.00 per month. Try to get tec. support or even worse...

have a problem with your phone, ask what to do about it and they never respond.

We ordered 2 phones, One phone worked, one didn't. Sent several messages asking what to do and then sent one asking how to ship back asking...did I need a shipping label from them, they never responded to that question,

but did ask me who was I, that they didn't know me???

They knew me enough to have my debit card and have it on file to charge me $178.00 for 2 phones. We did the $79 per phone so our bill would be $29 each per month. Also, before UPS delivered phones on 9-11-13 at 6pm they had already charged us for 1st month's service. They told us we would not be charged for service until both phones were up and running.

There are no phone numbers or direct e-mails for this compmany. We sent phones back less than 24 hrs., still trying to

get answer from them about refund. They promise you can get refund if sent back in 30 days, no ?"s asked!!!

Any corres. from them has a block so you cannot print or copy their response. Once you're in their system you become a liability to them rather than an asset!!!!
