Reputation.com Scammed me out $7,000 claiming to clean up negative comments online Internet
Reputation.com does a lot of advertising on respectable media outlets. So, when I was faced with negative comments by disgruntled former employees and competitors on the web, I asked them for help. THey said that they have a service to cause the listing to be lowered to the second or third page on any search for my company so that it is not the second listinf to my company's name in a search. THey demanded the full payment up front. I paid them the $7,000 up front and that was the last meaningful conversation I had with them. Every few weeks, they would tell me that it takes time for the negative listing to disappear. Then they would give me a long list of assignments and refer me to other services to pay for in order to make things happen. In the end, I felt as if I was working for them, because they were just sending me on one errand after another, and they did nothing. When I finally confronted them about their lack of effectiveness, they told me that was all they could do and they were finished with their work. This was three (3) months into what was to be a 12-month subscription to clean up negative online comments about my business. This is a scam. Stay away from Reputation.com.

Had the same issue with reputation.com as well. The better company to work with is profile defenders who solved my issues. If you didnt lose all your money to reputation.com then this would be a good option for you to explore as I had the same issues resolved this way.
