I answered an email and they called stating they could sell my time share. They would send me paperwork within a week. After one week I tried to call his cell phone listed in the complaint and the customer service number 800-985-1223 with no avail. He called me back but only left a message with a fictictious add number. Avoid this company, they are bad news.
