The had me trashout foreclosed homes and I was out hundreds of dollars in Landfill fees and materials to do the jobs that they turned into the banks and got paid and then never paid me. they are thieving scumbag trash.

Nice try Skye. You are not an independent contractor of Rodney's. You are an office girl, paid hourly or salary or however Rodney actually pays you. Because, as we have all found out, the office staff is the only staff/contractors (as you claim to be) that actually get paid. He doesn't know what he's doing, and that's been more than evident by his lack of knowledge in the field, so he HAS to pay someone who can do it for him. And being that he is "pres", he won't lift a finger to do the dirty work himself. That's where all of us contractors come in~ then he screws us all. So please, girl, keep your lies to yourself.

First and foremost I would love to see the posters name and find out who this report is from. I am just an inependant contractor like the contractor doing the work except all I do is process orders. I take the pictures that the field sends in and put them into the system, that is it.
I do not own the company.
I do not have anything do to with the paying of contractors.
I am not an employee of the company.
I don't know how I can be named in this report when I myself have nothing to do with the paying of this contractor, I myself am an independant contractor and all I did was take thier pictures and put them into the system. I don't appreciated being called a theiving scumbag trash. This is not who I am I am a contractor processing orders for a company and have nothing to do with paying of each contractor.
Just a tip:
As stated in the contract between the contractors and RESAZ they signed this and agreed to this that if they leave for whatever reason thier last check is held for 6 months just in case the banks come back and chagre RESAZ back for work that was done incorrectly, shotty or not at all. All contractors have to sign and agree to that before they can begin working with RESAZ. They are most likely waiting in that period to get paid. This person if they have my name has not ended the working relationship for 6 months as I have not worked with RESAZ for that amount of time so they have to be in that 6 month holding period. I have only worked with RESAZ for about 4 months and again I only process the orders that I am assigned to.
