Rescue Debt Hess Kennedy Law Firm Paying Kickback Money to Debt Reduction Firms For Referrals Costa Mesa California
Hess Kennedy Law firm has started to pay debt reduction firms for referrals. They've entered into a signed contract with the owner of Rescue Debt Inc. Hess is charges the client 25% up front to settle large debts for a client, typically over 100 thousand dollars or more in debt. They will kick back 15% of the up front fee to Rescue Debt. Isn't it illegal in 50 states for laywers to pay for referrals? These guys need to go to jail pronto.

Do you actually have a copy of the signed contract between Rescue Debt, Inc. and Hess Kennedy? If you do, I know several groups that would be very interested in talking to you about this.
