Complaint Review: Research Anyone

I was searching online to get a background check on a particular person and came upon this website. It claimed to help you find information on anyone.

The price was reasonable and they used paypal so I thought that was very convenient. I decided to join the site. Once I reached the website there was no way to search for anyone ,it only provided links to other companies which you would then have to pay for their services as well.

I emailed the company several times to clarify how to use the service and they never responded. Tried escalating a claim at Paypal and the company refuses a refund. I just would like to bring attention to this website for other people to be more careful for what they pay for.
