Complaint Review: Reservation Rewards

I was charged $24.00 by RESERVATION REWARDS Membership program for two consecutive months (June 2009, July 2009) which I did not give my consent to. I contacted RR's customer service number and found out I purchased this 'discounted' program after I purchased movie tickets from www.fandango.com. I canceled my membership and demanded $24.00 refund into my credit card from which it was charged to. Per the customer service representative, it should be credited back into my account within 3-5 business days. Also, I did receive TWO emails confirming my cancellation and a refund.
