Reservation Rewards made unauthorized charges on our Amex account. Norwalk, Connecticut
While ordering products thru Barnes and Noble, Chadwicks, etc we were signed up for Reservation Reward unbeknown to us. We were charged $12/month without authoprizaton. I see there are many other complaints about this company. How can a company like this be allowed to continue ripping people off?
