Reservation Rewards makes their money by taking your money, as much as $12.00 a month...every month. You need to look at your bank statements very carefully. It happend to me when I noticed a $12.00 recurring fee charged to my bank account after making a purchase at FTD.com. I called the 800# & had it stopped & fees reversed.

Reservation Rewards is a program offered by webloyalty.com, inc, 101 MERRIT 7, NORWALK, CT 06851. Below is the full detail of how Webloyalty markets their program to their corporate customers. Their corporate customers are well known established online businesses such as Buy.com, FTD, Chadwick's, EB Games.com, The Learning Company etc.

The firm was founded by high finance "wall street" entrepreneurs, educated by some of our nations best schools like Harvard & Princeton. They know how to take a consumer's money legally. They hired some of the best marketing executives, accountants and lawyers to make sure their program succeeds.

Complaining to Webloyalty will get you nowhere. In order to get satisfaction, you have to complain to their corporate customer. That would be Buy.com and FTD etc. Their corporate customer gets $13.00 for each new consumer captured on a pop-up ad.

Send those Corporate Presidents a letter complaining about how you were deceived. Let them know you object to their marketing method. Tell them you won't shop on their website. Only by boycotting the firms that align themselves with Webloyalty.com's subsidiaries will you eliminate this deceptive marketing practice.

At the least force them to modify the way they sell their program-fully disclose in BIG PRINT that the consumer will be billed $12.00 a month-every month.

Each of their corporate customers knew exactly what they were doing. This was all premeditated by the websites you shop at. All to improve their bottom line.
