Complaint Review: RESERVATION REWARDS

I ordered a computer part from an online company. At the end of the order, they gave me the chance to get a $10 off on my next order!!!

Sounded good to me, so I filled out the form. When I began to feel like I was getting ripped off. I canceled the process!!!

A few weeks later I found the charge for Reservation rewards for $10 on my bank statement!!! Then the next month!!! No phone number on the statement that worked.

After doing some intense searching, I finally got a number and was able to get my money back after some serious discussion!!!

I also called the Computer Company, they told me that it was a 3rd party company that was doing that and that they had no involvement in it.

I stated that I will not do business with them again, as the way the add came on, I was under the impression that I was doing business with them, the computer company. They are getting money from Reservations Rewards, or they would not allow them to come on at the end of my order!!!
