Reservation Rewards ReservationRewards.com Unauthorized / sneaky credit card charge Ripoff Internet
After submitting an internet order with PetMeds (apparently partnered with reservationrewards.com) there was an unauthorized charge to my credit card. After calling the number on my statement I found that they (reservationrewards) were in cahoots with Petmeds & apparently PetMeds.com openly shares credit card numbers with them. I called to cancel & they said they cancelled. What they didn't say is that they didn't cancel the unauthorized charge ($10.00) from my credit card. It's taken multiple phone calls and the charge still has not been removed from my card. BEWARE of PETMEDS - they give out your credit card number!!! I'm also filing a complaint against both companies with the Better Business Bureau.
