WLI RESERVATION REWARDS stole my email, address and phone number and credit card number WITHOUT MY CONSENT! I tried to do a WHOIS on their domain of http://home.reservationrewards.com, I found that they were registered with Network Solutions. I could NOT view their record since they HAVE VIOLATED NETWORK SOLUTIONS WHOIS POLICY as stated below:

The IP address from which you have visited the Network Solutions Registrar WHOIS database is contained within a list of IP addresses that may have failed to abide by Network Solutions' WHOIS policy. Failure to abide by this policy can adversely impact our systems and servers, preventing the processing of other WHOIS requests.

To see the Network Solutions WHO IS Policy, click on or copy and paste the following URL into your browser:

If you feel that you have received this message in error, please contact us at:

I then called Network Solutions to try and locate a copy of their record and they said is their domain name registered email. This is unfortunately the only information they could give me BY LAW. The main contact numbers for Reseration Rewards are as follows:

1. 1-888-688-5995
2. 1-800-732-7031

I doubt very seriously that you will have any success in them STOPPING this debit and whatever amount to your account, but they at least credit your acct, that I DID find out. You can try the main domain email listed above, file a complaint with the Shelton Connecticut BBB at;

You can Also file a complaint with you local office of Consumer Protection, do a search on Google under state name, office of consumer protection.

You can also file complaints against them with the

Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at:

OR THE

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) at:

If Your Complaint is NOT resolved you can always contact your local bank and issue a STOP PAYMENT against the Company to prevent any further ACH (Automated Clearing House) electronic payments from continuing.

If That fails which is highly unusual, you can contact John Ashcroft at the U.S. Department of Justice through their website at:

OR their Email at:

I hope this information can help people who have experienced problems with this and other companies.

I have taken the time to compile this info in an effort to let people know what resources are available to help them during times of IDENTITY THEFT and other problems.

May God Bless You!

Sincerely,

Matt
