I'm a cancer patient and was going to close my personal checking account, which contained $4.00 & some change when I recieved an overdraft notice. Someone had removed $7.oo from my account ( visa debit ) which caused overdraft fee of $28.00. When I discovered who Reservation Rewards I phoned them ( June 27th ) and asked who they were and what they were selling.

I then informed them I had no idea how they got my debit card numbers, that I had not ordered anything from them. They were informed that there was not enough funds to cover what they had done and I wanted my money back to include overdraft. I was told $7 would be returned but I had to prove the overdraft by sending them a bank statement. I explained,I'm a cancer patient and shouldn't have to prove anything considering I did not cause this problem. I don't drive any more & my husband works long hours to pay for my meds.

On July 9th my bank called to tell me $7 was put into my acc.& another 7 was removed June 30th. Another overdraft fee. Another call to Reservation Rewards w/ same results except this time they offered to put $21 back for the 3 months they took money. Needless to say I'm upset & feel violated. I don't get out so I shop internet, now I won't dare.
