Reservation Rewards - Shutterfly - Lillian Vernon Deceptive "Rewards" Shelton Connecticut
I have been charged $12.00 and $9.00 fees a month for years. After purchasing something through Lillian Vernon and Shutterfuly respectively, I was apparently signed up for some type of reservation rewards and shopper discount rewards. Sadly, I have been paying for the "rewards" for years. These savings are deceptive - this is so sad. A combination of deliberately deceiving the public successfully and a very busy lifestyle to the tune of about $1,200 if unethical collections of monthly fees. Shame on me but even more so, shame on them!
I did not authorize either of these charges.
